Commercial plan

Each site can have at most one active commercial plan. The Commercial plan card on the site detail page shows its name, capacity, included SMS credits, and included 5651 log-retention period. DigiSAT operations manages assignments; the tenant card is read-only.

How entitlements are applied

  • Included SMS is a floor for the site’s dedicated allocation on its first plan assignment. A higher existing allocation is never reduced.
  • The organization’s shared SMS pool is preserved: any required difference is added to both the organization total and the site allocation.
  • 5651 retention is materialized per site. A longer plan raises it; switching to a shorter plan never lowers it.
  • An archived plan continues on sites already using it, but cannot be assigned to another site.
