Notifications

The bell in the top bar shows the unread notification count. Open it to view the notification center and mark one or all notifications as read.

Persistent banners

Ongoing warning and critical conditions remain visible as banners at the top of the page. Marking a notification as read does not dismiss its banner; the banner disappears only when the underlying condition is resolved by the system. This prevents an active capacity, payment, or 5651-retention problem from being hidden accidentally.

Email delivery

Notifications that require email are committed to a durable delivery queue. Temporary network or provider failures are retried. Operations can observe terminal delivery failures, while the in-app notification remains visible independently of email delivery.

A new organization member can see the organization’s ongoing banners even when they were not part of the original email recipient snapshot.
